It seems grids has ignored multiple attempts to rectify a situation regarding my purchase. I am one of the early downloaders and purchasers of Grids Pro. This was back before Grids Pro was a subscription based purchase. I purchased a lifelong one time payment of Grids pro on my previous computer. I am granfathered into the Pro status of the app. GRIDS DOES NOT WANT TO HONOR THIS IT SEEMS , the restore purchase button will not work for me and they would rather take 12 dollars than honor my initial purchase for my early adoption of Pro lifelong purchase.Hoping this is not the case so that I may change my review and that Grids has for whatever reason missed my attempts to reach out to customer service through the app support.
